Cuyahoga County will back The MetroHealth System's Transformation
Support of MetroHealth's bonds could save the System up to $160 million
MetroHealth's Transformation will receive support from Cuyahoga County. The county will obtain one or more letters of credit from a bank or banks to create an $82 million debt reserve fund that the System would have been required to establish when selling bonds for the project.
