As part of its ongoing committment to the community, Howard Hanna has announced a $30,000 gift to MetroHealth.

The gift was made possible by fundraisers and Howard Hanna's Children's Free Care Fund.

The money will be used to grow and enrich the System's Child Life programming. Kids faced with a stay in the hospital often have unique needs not shared by older patients. MetroHealth's Child Life team works to create a nurturing and healing atmosphere for the System's youngest patients with everything from art to games, to just a space to relax that's not a hospital bed.
